| Mission Statement: | CTC is a multidisciplinary developmental program, designed to meet the needs of the individual student, by providing him or her with the foundations for learning to be an independent thinker and problem solver. The basic foundation of the program is the Developmental Individual Relationship-Based (DIR) intervention program, developed by Drs. Stanley Greenspan and Serena Weider. To maximize the students' success, structured social skills training, behavior modification techniques and academics, according to each student's IEP, are incorporated into the DIR model. |
